Refunds Policy

We understand you don’t always get it right the first time so we are happy to offer an exchange on an item if it’s the wrong colour or if it doesn’t fit!

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges of goods in perfect condition will be accepted if returned within 7 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with labels attached.

If you wish to exchange or return your item then please download and complete our ONLINE RETURNS FORM

Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process an exchange or return.
You will be responsible for paying postage costs when returning or exchanging any items. Please make sure you keep a record of your proof of postage as we will not accept liability for any items lost or damaged in the post.

Please note we do not accept returns on any sale items.

If a product is deemed to have a manufacturing fault or a distribution error by us we are happy to offer you a replacement. We cannot guarantee the availability on any products you would like to exchange but we will endeavour to meet your needs. If you need some thinking time then we can arrange a 12-month credit note on any exchange.

If we receive any returned products that have been damaged, worn or altered then we will return them to the sender and not issue an exchange or refund. In this instance, additional postage & packaging fees may apply.

If your item does not comply with any of the above then please contact us and we can advise you accordingly.

We will not be held responsible for any duty or customs charges that may occur on international orders. If any charges do occur then these will be deducted from your refunded amount.
